We follow that up with a variety of soft-tissue therapies and appropriate exercises and/or stretches to ensure your body heals quickly and efficiently.
1. Joint Aligment
There are multiple ways to get your joints aligned and moving well. Whether you prefer to feel and hear that satisfying "pop", or would rather have the gentleness of an activator tool type adjustment, we are experienced with several adjusting styles and ready to listen to what you prefer and what your body responds to best.
We offer spinal and extra-spinal adjustments and joint manipulation. If you are experiencing pain in your shoulder, hip, knee, foot, wrist, jaw, ribs, or any other joint, we have you covered.
2. Soft Tissue Therapy
Healing of any tissue is heavily dependent on proper blood flow. Restriction in the tissue can limit blood flow significantly and lead to poor mobility, pain, excessive inflammation and swelling, and slowed healing. We offer several soft tissue modalities to help free damaged and deranged tissue.
Whether you have old or new, chronic or acute soft tissue injuries we have many ways to help. Our available therapies include GRASTON, CUPPING, MYOFACIAL RELEASE, and KINESIOLOGY TAPING.
3. Exercise and Stretching Protocols
Have you ever felt like your body could potentially move and feel much better if you only knew which exercises and stretches to do? Having joints that are aligned and tissues that are healthy ais a fantastic start to a tremendous human frame. Your body needs to support that frame with muscular balance and joint awareness that comes from specific exercises and stretches.
We utilize a platform called webexercise that allows us to send personalized training protocols for your specific need in a simple to use app that demonstrates each movement with a video and track reps and sets directly in the app.
